December is a time of magic and excitement for all, no matter young or old. It’s a special time to be involved in the hospitality industry especially, as we have the pleasure of sharing the joyful times of so many guests whom we consider our extended family.
The festive month begins with grand celebrations all over Thailand with HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s birthday on December 5th. A time of great joy, the prestigious day doubles as a national Father’s Day.
The Pavilion, our international buffet restaurant, will be offering dining fathers a delicious option to enjoy their family’s love on December 5th, allowing fathers over 60 to eat for free when dining in a party of 4 people.
I’m also excited to announce the arrival of Chef Wilfrid Hocquet as the new Chef de Cuisine of our fabulous French restaurant D’Sens. An outstandingly talented chef, Chef Wilfrid will mark his arrival with a divine wine dinner on Wednesday 4th November 2013 – an unmissable event for all lovers of fine French wine and food.
December climaxes with Christmas and New Year celebrations and I’m delighted to say that we have an exceptional range of offers and special seasonal menus at Hamilton’s Steak House, D’Sens and The Pavilion throughout the magical festive period.
