Holiday Season celebrations at Dusit Thani Pattaya PTT Pattaya Open 2012 returns home Pattaya City celebrates National Children's Day

It has become the tradition of our five-star resort to hold special events on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve to give guests the opportunity to celebrate both with their families and loved ones.

On 24 December 2011, guests enjoyed a magic show and were dazzled by acrobats from Kenya who performed at the resort's extended terrace, The Point, overlooking Pattaya Bay. The Christmas Eve gala awarded a grand prize of a two-night stay in Royal Princess Chiang Mai with round-trip tickets courtesy of Thai Airways International.

The resort has been the official hotel of the star-studded tournament that has seen the likes of Anna Kournikova, Martina Hingis and other WTA celebrities. This year, Vera Zvonareva, Maria Kirilenko and reigning champion Daniela Hantuchova lead the lineup of participating players.

The management of Dusit Thani Pattaya led by GM Chatchawal Supachayanont (centre) joined other hotels and businesses in Pattaya City to celebrate National Children's Day on 14 January.

Children from the resort city were accompanied by their families to join the celebrations in front of Pattaya City Hall, where the kids participated in fun games and activities and enjoyed snacks provided by the five-star hotel. The resort's staff and management also gave away school supplies and other gifts to the children, who also enjoyed fun contests at the resort's booth during the day.
